Loving the weather!!

This week's weather has been such a blessing, and
call it the hormones, call it my crazy pregnancy brain, but I am
really.loving.life.right.NOW!

32 weeks today!

We've been playing outside enoying this unseasonably warm weather,

Eating popsicles..

Austin's favorite is blue.. ( I like the purple)

Playing in the dirt..

And at night we relax in my well cooled off house, where I have all my window fans strategically placed.

~~~~
And call me a weirdo, but being so close to meeting  my daugther, has really got me sentimental..
So thankful for who I've become, who I chose to become, and who I chose not to become..
Thankful for the man who I get to spend the rest of my life with, who is such a hard working, honest man!
And most certainly for my amazing son, who is growing up to be such sweet boy. Who yes, has that mosher/ mommy temper, but loves life, loves animals, and most of all is gentle and caring..
an unexpected visit with one of Austin's cousins - Joaquin aka "keke"
Sometimes I wonder how I got so lucky, to meet Keith so young, and to create life, and love being a parent, and wife, and growing as a women...
But sometimes it's not about luck, because bad things happen to everyone, with no rhyme or reason,
There is no tab that the universe keeps saying that when Becky is too happy we'll drop a bomb on her of misfortune and bad luck..
Truth is, the world has horrible people, who do horrible things, people get sick, or in horrible car accidents, that they didnt deserve.. no one does..
It's our job, espeically as parents, to make sure our children understand that there are people who do suffer, and that the world isnt perfect, but by living life to its fullest, and being the best vesion of ones self, can create a better world.
By living a life of example for our children, can hopefully create a better more tolerant generation for them.
I've learned a lot in my three years as a parent, but mostly I learn more every day..
I learn things I never knew, and am so thankful that I GET TO BE AUSTIN'S MOMMY! ( and Addisons mommy too)
Baby cousin Kiera,  months old
And guess what?
I WANT nothing more than exactly what I have.
I could go on, but really the bottom line remains,
I am who I wanted to become, and I am not done growing..
I am constantly trying to become better - a better listener, a better dish washer ( okay well maybe just the silverware, I hate washing silverware)
A better mommy, who always puts her children first, always listens to them, and who tells them she loves them
at least a hundred times a day..
We spent the whole weekend together, outside in the gorgeous weather!!
Happy St. patties Day
Austin LOVES taking walks in the woods!
We spent St Patricks Day with Keith's family,
Austin never ceases to surprise and amaze everyone.
Eating about three helpings of tunip and cabbage..
( I guess his Irish roots are strong)
I'd imagine that this 70 degree weather won't last long, and mostly am expecting a full blown snow storm to come anytime, but jeez this weather has been AMAZING!
I even got a little sunburn on my  face, its really amazing!!
The Versatile Blogger
I was awarded the versatile blogger award by my friend Susan, who also
has her own BLOG
she is a creative entreprenaur who crafts and makes jewelry
My job is to tell you seven things about myself you might not already know!
1.  I LOVE my family ( okay thats obvious if you read my blog, its all I talk about) But I feel those words do not do justice to the amount of love that is inside my heart for these people.. My husband, who is not entirely the same as me, but whose opposite qualities bring out the best in mine, and whose unconditional love has helped me grow up from the once teenager I was when we met, where all I cared about was myself.
My amazing son, who in three short years has taught me so much about life, and growing up, and what type of mother I want to be for him, and his baby sister, who is still growing inside of me, who already, has made my heart capable of so much more  love and happiness than I ever knew myself capable of, and I havent even gotten to see her gorgeous face yet, or look into her eyes, and start our lifetime bond!
2. I LOVE taking pictures, of things that make me happy, which is usually my family, but rainbows, and sunrises, and open beaches, all make me happy too.
3. I LOVE to scrapbook and blog, of course. Scrapbooking, so I will never forget a single thing about these  fleeting stages of my life, and my childrens lives. And blogging becauce I feel like I have so much to say, and blogging has helped my writing skills grow, and my love for it also.
4. I absolutly HATE writing with pencils.. I dont like the sound, and I think ink is so much more professional looking.
5.  okay, I LOVE holidays and special occasions, its what I, consider myself, a professional at.
6.  As I grow up, find my adult-self and who I really am, I find myself needing to feel in control. Which means always wanting things to look PERFECT, or feel perfect, but I've also learned that if you try to make things perfect, sometimes you miss out on the fun.. It's something I'm working on balancing, the need for perfection with the delicate need for messes sometimes..
7. I am a self proclaimed cat-person.. BUT love my dog very much! Abby is very much a big part of our lives and family. And wouldnt trade her any day.. ( well, there was that time she ate a dozen whoopie pies, or a 5 pound box of fudge)
refresh
Our desktop has been down for weeeks, but the few weeks of a break from basically everything online was really something I needed.
Sometimes we need to be unplugged for awhile to give us clarity. to help us feel refreshed.
But I really did miss blogging, among other things..
While I was gone, you missed a lot.
My first born, turned THREE!
playing with his birthday girft
 With our recent snow storms, we 'vehad lots of time to play in the snow,
Austin loves fishing..
he thinks the bait fish are his pets..
ice fishing with daddy
he told us he caught " A BIG ONE" but.. it was just the shiner.. shh
I wont tell him if you dont!
his new favorite phrase is "im so ecxited"
its cute!!
We made lots of snowmen,
he has mastered the art of rolling the snow ball
we built a TALL one on the lake..
Austin loves the snowmobile, as long as his ears are covered..
slidding down the hill
loving his daddy
As much as I do love winter, and I really do, I cannot wait for spring, with bunnies, and tulips, and egg hunts, and pastels.. Not to mention the birth of my daughter.
Did I mention I am offically 30 weeks today?
Addison and mommy are doing great, no major swelling or any blood pressure problems thus far.
I have graduated to going every two weeks now, and so far.. so good.
We are in the last leg, and this momma is getting excited!!!
