So, for Easter I found a really cute recipe.. for capcakes with a twist.
First you make your pies ( as Austin calls cupcakes)
then you get your 'surprises'
milk chocolate eggs |
Put them in the batter
Cover them up, so they are a surprise for the eater
Bake for 20 minutes, or so.
Let cool..
Then, the fun part is mthe top look like an easter basket, jelly beans for the eggs, fruity twizzlers for the handle, some colorful sprinkles..
and TA-DA
These are for our Easter party at daycare on Friday, I couldnt wait any longer, so they are all safe in the fridge. ( as long as Keith doesnt find out)
